Lavender Acres Winery is an elegant, comfortable, high-quality winery and event venue in Hellam Township, Pennsylvania. We are located just off the Hellam exit on route 30 in a private and rural setting.
We currently have a selection of 23 dry red and white wines. Our outstanding red selection features Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and three Bordeaux blends. If you like white wines, we have a naked Chardonnay, Riesling, and Albarino in addition to other unique, dry whites. If you enjoy sparkling wines, we have a Rosé and a sparkling. We also have a sweet wine collection with 13 selections and additional varietals bottled monthly.
The house features two tasting rooms and multiple, intimate seating areas. Outside we feature four furnished cabanas and a firepit. You can enjoy your wine outside in this beautiful environment.

Cabana reservations require a $250 minimum spend. Upon arrival, we’ll start a tab for your group. If your purchases total $250 or more, no additional charge is required. If your total is less than $250, the remaining balance will be applied as a gift card, which you can use during a future visit.

Are reservations Required?
No, but if you are a large group it is preferred.
Do you offer Private Tasting?
We do, we are happy to offer private tastings on days we are open, or if you would like to set up a special time when we are closed, please contact us directly.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes, please call to reserve your time and desired space.
Do you offer live music?
Currently we plan on having live music most Friday nights from 6-9 PM and Sunday afternoons. Music will resume later this year and construction progresses. Check our events page for upcoming acts.
Can you accommodate bus trips?

Is outside food allowed?
No outside food is allowed, unless agreed on for private parties. Please visit our menu page for what we are currently offering.
Is outside alcohol allowed?
No… The PLCB prohibits any alcohol to be brought into any licensed facility.
Do you have any other beverages other than wine?
We do. We have PA beers and spirits. Click here see the large selections we offer.
Are you family friendly?
We are however, this is an adult establishment. We want everyone to enjoy the property. We love kids. Parents, please always keep all kids with you. We do not permit children to run free in the tasting room or the backyard area. They need to be supervised and respectful of our other patrons. We are looking at having family events throughout the year. Family time is important! We offer a kids menu. See our menu section for food offerings.
Are dogs allowed at the winery?
Outside only. They must be kept on a leash and please clean up after them.
Is smoking permitted in or outside of the winery?
We are a smoke-free facility both inside and have a small, designated area outside. No smoking in the seating areas. This includes table areas, cabanas, and Adirondack chair areas
Can I start a tab?
Yes you may. We are happy to open a running tab. We do hold your charge card until you cash out. If you forget to cash out, we will close out your tab with a 15% gratuity added to your total. We will hold your card. Please give us a call to make arrangements for picking up your card.
Do you have plenty of parking?
Yes, Paved parking is limited currently. We have 28 paved spots with more coming in the upcoming months. Construction continues and should be wrapped up later this summer.
Do you have spaces for private events?
Yes, we would love to help you plan your event! Please fill out the reservation info at lavenderAcresWinery.com. We are a great place for showers, rehearsal dinners, and private parties. We also offer private tastings and charcuterie classes for private events.
Do you sell cases of wine for private events?
We will customize your wine purchase for weddings and any private events you have. We have a full line of dry white and reds, and sweet wines to make your event memorable.
Do you have wine slushies and can we take them to go?
We do have Slushies. Currently, we have four wine flavors available. New flavors are being added weekly. Yes, we do have to-go cups and holders for you to buy Slushies to go.
Where do we find special events happening at the winery?
We will be having special events every month. They will include Yoga, Trivia night, Ladies nights, music, arts, and craft classes, not to mention many other new and exciting events. Like our Facebook and Instagram. Check out our website and subscribe to our newsletter.
We are taking reservations now for your holiday party, birthday celebration, baby or bridal shower, or private event. We have both inside and outside event area’s to choose from. Coming in 2026, we will offer a beautiful facility for weddings, private events, and winemakers’ dinners. Central to York, Lancaster, and Harrisburg, our brand-new event center boasts amazing views of the estate vineyard. We have started to plant the lavender. We have 5 different varieties with more to be planted spring of 2026.
